The Head of Business (GM) functions much like a Chief Commercial Officer, owning everything that directly drives revenue for the agency. This person sets commercial strategy, owns revenue targets and P&L, and manages the performance of Client Partnership, Account Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Creator Partnership, and Comms toward shared commercial goals. Hiring, resourcing, and organizational design sit outside this role and are owned by the Chief of Staff.
The Client Partner is the sales engine of the agency, responsible for winning new brand and business partnerships across the agency's full creative marketing offering — advertising, creative marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and ads marketing. This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on building a strong pipeline, positioning the agency persuasively against its offering, and handing off won accounts smoothly to Account Management for delivery.
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning the relationship day-to-day once a deal is signed. This role translates client briefs into actionable project plans, coordinates delivery across Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Creator Partnership, and Comms, and ensures every campaign — whether advertising, influencer, social, or ads-led — is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard.
The Influencer Marketing Specialist plans and executes influencer campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and creator selection through to performance tracking. This role works closely with Creator Partnership to identify the right talent and with Account Management to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
The Social Media Specialist manages and grows social media presence for clients and/or the agency itself, developing content strategies, publishing schedules, and community engagement plans that drive brand awareness and audience growth.
The Creator Partner manages relationships with the agency's roster of creators/influencers, acting as their primary point of contact and talent manager. This role signs new influencers to the agency, spots emerging talent early, nurtures relationships with already-signed creators, negotiates deals on their behalf, and ensures creators are matched to the right brand opportunities.
The Ads Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms to meet client performance goals, working closely with the wider creative team to bring advertising campaigns to life and reporting on ROI.
The Design Lead owns the visual identity and creative output across client and agency work, leading design strategy and execution for advertising, influencer, social, and ads campaigns, while providing creative direction to any supporting designers.
The Media Specialist produces and edits photo/video content for client campaigns and agency channels, handling everything from shoot planning and capture through post-production, ensuring content is optimized for each platform.
The Operations Executive supports the smooth day-to-day running of the business, handling administrative, operational, and process-related tasks across departments so leadership and delivery teams can focus on client and creative work. Reports into the Chief of Staff, who also oversees HR and Finance and owns hiring, resourcing, and organizational design for the business.
